			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I subscribe to a <em>lot</em> of tech blogs. I&#8217;m sorta amazed that I didn&#8217;t hear about this sooner and I&#8217;m somewhat confused now that I have!</p>
<p>I saw it on <a href="http://www.0xdeadbeef.com/weblog/?p=407">Chris Blizzard</a>&#8216;s site and he links to the <a href="http://news.oreilly.com/2008/07/dan-kaminsky-upgrade-your-dns.html">O&#8217;Reilly</a> article about it.</p>
<p>The jist is that there&#8217;s some &#8220;holy shit&#8221; bug that threatens every single implementation of DNS and that the <a href="http://www.doxpara.com/">dude who found it</a> will be letting the cat out of the bag on Aug 3 of this year.</p>
<p>The video is a bit weird though. The panning of the audience and the guy&#8217;s delivery almost make it seem like a parody or a joke. It can&#8217;t be, though, right?</p>
